Blueberry Coconut Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS: 1/4-1/2 c frozen blueberries 3 tbsps chia seeds 150ml almond milk 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 3 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the milk & frozen blueberries in a blender til smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well combined. Place in a mason jar with a lid and chill overnight. In the morning top with more blueberries & some coconut if you like. Yum!

  Banana & peanut butter is such a classic combo. And throw in some pecans and cinnamon and it will surely feel like Christmas! Banana and peanut butter are both staples in my kitchen as well so it was such a no-brainer to have this in oats.
