Easy Bircher Muesli

Creamy, delicious bircher muesli with mixed berries, pumpkin seeds, chia, and coconut shreds.

  • 1 cup rolled or traditional oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple or honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1.5 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen


  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix with a spoon until well combined. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to set or store in the fridge overnight. To serve, divide the mixed berries into 3, and add some fruit at the bottom of the jar. Scoop the muesli over the berries and top with more berries.


*You can serve this warm by heating up the muesli on your microwave or stovetop.  
*Sub berries with other seasonal fruits.
