In a clean, dry jar with a lid, add all of your ingredients. Stir to combine, making sure to scrape the bottom and mix the chia with the liquid.
Let it sit in your kitchen counter for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to sprout. The pudding will start to come together.
Stir gently for a few seconds to mix any clumpy chia seeds. Top with your favorite fruits. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to a month.
If frozen, make sure to thaw in the fridge the night before.
