let me tell ya' how i did it.

my story...

What makes me jump out of bed? To help women and moms like you achieve vibrant health without deprivation, nourish yourself every day, and fall in love with food without ever dieting again.

I’m also wildly passionate in helping moms build a soulful, rewarding wellness business to create the freedom and abundance that they aspire, fulfill their biggest dreams in life while being a hands-on parent. 

I truly believe you can have the BEST of both worlds-- as a healthy mama and a wildly successful entrepreneur.

My philosophy is greatly centered around transforming one’s health which ultimately intertwines with every other aspect in our life – relationships, spirituality, career, finances, and yes…motherhood.

Hey ya!

It doesn't have to be that way. Being a mom was a total game changer for me.

A few months after my son was born I realised that things can never be the same as they were.  Separation anxiety (#sepanx) is real!   Leaving for the office in the mornings became harder and I would sit there in the office waiting for the clock to strike 5 so I can head home and hold my son. 

 And that post-partum weight? Oh, I did struggle with that too.  There were lots of times when I looked at myself and changed body in the mirror and asked myself if I can ever get back into my pre-pregnancy shape.  And I really wanted to get my vitality back so I can keep up with my growing hyperactive child!


And then I realized...

You see, I wasn’t a health junkie or a business-savvy gal to begin with. I worked in the corporate world for more than 12 years as a senior manager on learning and leadership development.  I loved my profession, but what I didn’t love were the long hours which compromised my HEALTH, and took a lot of personal TIME away from my family, especially my little boy. I traveled quite a lot in my job, and lived for the weekends. 

 I felt drained, exhausted, burnt out, and very, very time-poor.

My Story

Just like every woman out there, I did have my fair share of 'crash-dieting' and torturing yourself at the gym without getting results. 

Did you ever felt like you were skinny but secretly obese?
   When you seem to be in your ideal weight, but then you're really just eating junk and processed food.  That was me.

My skin wasn't thanking me and I had all sorts of inflammation.  I thought it could be the hormones, but I know it was because of all the refined sugar in my system.   To add to that, I'm constantly feeling lethargic, and almost falling asleep in the middle of a conference call! 

And that's when I decided that CHANGE has to happen.



I started to take care of my body from the inside-out.  Starting with what I ate, and slowly ruling out refined & processed food from my diet.   I also started taking high-quality supplements and learned what is really in that pill.

And the big twist in the story?

I quit my corporate job, became a stay-at-home mom, and went back to school with the INSTITUTE OF INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION.   It was then that my love for nutrition, entrepreneurship and all things wellness also flourished. 

Now, you might ask... but what if it doesn't work out? What if I fail?

Those feelings of doubt, fear, and anxiety... we all have that my friend. 

No matter what your past story is, YOU CAN EVOLVE.   Your perceived limitations don't have to stop you.

One can never be ready and there’s never a perfect time to start changing our health and our life than NOW.

Now, after years of coaching so many women ---from eating better, to managing stress, or simply taking the ‘crazy’ out of the daily #momlife, and even launching their own wellness business,
I can honestly say that had I not turned to focusing first on my HEALTH, I would still be that burnt out, exhausted, uninspired mom a few years ago.

When you change your health, everything truly changes. 

And if I can do it my friend, then so can YOU.

My Timeline

2008

Fatigued, indulgent, working in corporate in Singapore

2010

In a time of desperation, I found my way to the gym and started my yoga journey.

2014

I became a MOM and things started to change.

2015

I started my first wellness business (as a side hustle)! 

2016

2017

My family moved to Melbourne and I quit my corporate job.

I studied Health Coaching in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition

2018

I launched my blog and my first coaching program.
