First smoothie on my new Vitamix!? If other girls like fancy shoes or clothes, this momma wants fancy kitchen equipment. Been eyeing on a quality blender for so long and couldn’t be happier with my choice! Did my smoothie taste different? Frankly it did due to a smoother and creamier consistency.
This smoothie is packed with lots of superfood with kale, avos and chia seeds which are my kitchen staples. This is a perfect blend if you want a nutrient-dense smoothie to start off your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh kale
- 1 frozen banana
- Half avocado
- Chia seed
- Sliced cucumber
- Mint leaves
- Ice
- Optional: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- Blend everything in high-speed blender and enjoy!
