This BANANA STRAWBERRY LEMON SMOOTHIE is tangy, mildly sweet, and just oh-so-dreamylicious! A tip to get that frothy, rich texture is to freeze the bananas and strawberries. You can also add your favorite scoop of protein powder to make it even more filling. I can drink this everyday!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
5-6 frozen strawberries
zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 scoops of high-quality protein shake powder in vanilla flavor (I use THIS)
METHOD
Blend on high speed in a blender. You may add a bit of water or more milk if you find it too thick. Top with more strawberries and lemon zest. Enjoy!
