INGREDIENTS:
1/4-1/2 c frozen blueberries
3 tbsps chia seeds
150ml almond milk
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the milk & frozen blueberries in a blender til smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well combined. Place in a mason jar with a lid and chill overnight. In the morning top with more blueberries & some coconut if you like. Yum!
