Blueberry & Lemon Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats (or instant oats if you like)
1/2 cup almond or other choice of milk
2 tbsps plain or greek-style yogurt
1/4 c blueberries
1 tsp lemon zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the first 3 ingredients in the jar with a spoon. Top with blueberries and the zest and close the lid. Refrigerate overnight and wait for the magic to happen while you sleep! I usually make this right after dinner and I can’t wait until morning to taste heaven in a jar! I add a bit more milk and also some crunch like granola or nuts before I dive in! It’s so creamy and so delish!
