Why I love mornings so much!!! 🙂 I’m into chia puddings apart from overnights oats. Simply because they’re so easy to make and I can prep it the night before so it saves me time in the morning when it gets crazy with a toddler–motherhood ya’know! hehe Perfect for busy mommas or non mommas! 🙂
The vanilla base can be mixed up with any fruit you like. You can incorporate the fruit itself into the milk by mixing in a blender prior adding the rest of the ingredients.
150ml unsweetened nut milk (almond or coconut)
3 tbsps vanilla yogurt
2 tbsps pure maple or honey
3 tbsps chia seeds
4-5 strawberries sliced thinly
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl with a spoon. Then place the strawberry slices on the sides of a mason jar and then pour the vanilla chia mixture. Chill overnight with a lid. Top more strawberries in the morning! Enjoy!
